What you will get from our Graduate Program

By the end of June 2024, you will complete your Graduate onboarding program and continue into a full-time position.

What will you work with?

• Engineer Analysis 
• Engineer HSE 
• Electronics PLM/R&D
• Product Engineer Flow Control 
• Project Engineer Topside
• Project Quality
• Engineer Service 
• Software Developer – Interface Management System
• Sourcing and Procurement 
• SW Engineer 
• Tender Commercial Advisor 
• Engineer Subsea Services 
• Software Engineer
• Project Engineer 

Some tasks you might do:

• Perform structural analysis work as a part of a project team
• Record and follow up HSE related incidents in projects
• Create schematic design/PCB Layout, preferably in Altium Designer
• Preparation of 3D models and drawings
• Design control systems by defining technical concepts and functional designs
• Facilitate risk management and assessments
• Deliver training to MPM product users 
• Work on TechnipFMC’s system for interface management, LetsAgree
• Learn how a true global function is managing its supply chain
• Create and maintain test automation infrastructure to validate design of products and systems
• Establish commercial models and contribute with commercial concepts and strategy work for the Company`s opportunity
• Work within Operations, Maintenance or Support. 
• Prepare project specifications for the metering control system applications.
• Design, plan and follow up of operations (installation, lifting, tie-ins, interventions, commissioning, seabed intervention)

We offer Graduate positions in Kongsberg, Lysaker, Stavanger, Bergen, Haugesund and Orkanger.

• You will preferably graduate in 2023, with a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree
• You are a curious person, who is eager to learn and enjoy new challenges 
• You are flexible, resilient and determined 
• You have strong English written and verbal communications skills

Our application deadline will be the 25th of February 2023. We will contact candidates consecutively.
